Will has nearly 30 years of experience as an investment banker representing growth companies in a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions and public and private equity and debt transactions.  After spending the first part of his career with the investment banking firms of J.C. Bradford & Co. and Jefferies, he established what is now Silvermark Partners in 2004 with the primary goal of serving as a trusted advisor to clients across the country that value candor and discretion.  While he has experience across a broad range of industries, his practice focuses primarily on healthcare, business services and technology.
