Kirk has over 25 years of experience as an investment banker representing companies across the U.S. in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions, public and private capital formation transactions, and financial advisory assignments.  He began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds where he worked in the firm’s Dallas Corporate Finance office.  He then joined J.C. Bradford & Co. where he developed a primary focus in working with technology and tech-outsourcing companies.  Subsequently, Kirk joined Bear Stearns & Co. in its Dallas office where he further concentrated his focus on advising technology companies.  In 2006, Kirk joined Silvermark Partners, with a goal of serving the broad investment banking and financial advisory needs of mid-sized companies that are increasingly ignored by larger investment banks.
