Jack has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and principal investing activities.  His accomplishments include a variety of mergers and acquisitions assignments, equity and debt raising transactions, and strategic advisory roles.  He has also developed significant corporate governance experience as an equity sponsor and a member of the board of directors of several companies.  Jack's main sectors of emphasis are healthcare, business services, IT/software, and distribution.
